Proposal of new genera and species of the subfamily Diosaccinae (Copepoda: Harpacticoida: Miraciidae)

Representatives of several genera the family Miraciidae (Copepoda: Harpacticoida) were found in sediment samples taken year 2019 from a coastal system north-western Mexico. The subfamily Diosaccinae (Miraciidae) was by far most diverse taxon followed Stenheliinae (Miraciidae). Here we report on new miraciid species, Typhlamphiascus medici sp. nov., and provide amended diagnosis for Lang, 1944 along with key to its species. Additionally, lamellifer (Sars, 1911) T. l. capensis Kunz, 1975 are considered as distinct species latter is given full rank. Upon preliminary inspection, another diosaccin thought be derived form Bulbamphiascus 1944. This promoted us perform more in-depth phylogenetic analysis. Our results showed that presumed represents genus, Spinodiosaccus gen. nov. genus Bulbamphiascus, which propose for, could split into different genera. Also, possible relationships amongst clades during our analyses commented. We give brief ecological analysis distribution S. primus et Urías system.
